Augmented Reality Keynote

During Hein Schumacher’s induction as Unilever CEO, teams worldwide showcased their most impactful insights, strategic goals, and visions to the new CEO.

 

The Dutch Ice Cream team aimed to stand out beyond a typical 10-minute keynote by presenting their groundbreaking work in a unique way.

We proposed an AR presentation that emulated an exhibition show, featuring multiple animated panels and "rooms" with explorable information and engaging graphics.

 

This immersive experience allowed the team to differentiate themselves effectively.

However, sharing the presentation with a broader audience within the company posed challenges beyond just communicating the QR code.

 

The live in-person presentation worked well with a user navigating the experience and a guide-presenter filling in information gaps and ensuring user safety. Unfortunately, the handheld camera did not translate well for online presentations.

To address this, we created a choreographed presentation for live online events in a virtual environment. This version featured more stable camera views and was also recorded for users who wanted to explore it at a later time. This approach ensured a seamless and engaging experience for both live and on-demand viewers.
